Man with the Screaming Brain Review
Posted by:I saw Man with the Screaming Brain at its premiere in Philadelphia. Bruce came out in person to show it at the University of Pennsylvania's
International House after the original venue in New Jersey was forclosed by the bank a week before the scheduled showing!
The movie went over very well with this Bruce-friendly crowd.My friends and I had recently seen Bruce's Alien Apocalypse on SciFi Channel, which we all found quite disappointing. This movie more than made up for it! Screaming Brain reminded me a lot of the Steve Martin / Lily Tomlin movie "All of Me": a battle for control of a body (Bruce's, of course) that ends with the two teaming up for reasons that I won't spoil!
I should also mention, Cole and Yegor have one more thing in common: they both slept with the same woman! Before their brains get merged, Yegor has sex with Cole's wife, Jackie, which adds to the tension when they find themselves sharing a body!
