Bruce Willis's Alpha Dog up in the Air

According to Variety, the true story of Jesse James Hollywood is no closer to getting its big screen release. Their is a war going on according to variety between New Line and the producer of the movie as to who should pay to have the movie completed. The film which stars Bruce Willis has run out of money.

The movie called Alpha Dog is based on Jesse James Hollywood an alleged Drug Dealer accused of murder and kidnapping and yes drug dealing.  Because of the fact that the film ran out of money and is now in limbo who knows what is going to happen.

Another interesting tidbit which adds more problems for the film is the fact that Jesse James was recently captured in South America and now Nick Cassavetes may have to actually rewrite and reshoot portions of the film if he wants to keep it true to the actual story. Myself I dont see it as a big deal. The film was planned for a release in 2005 and as far as I am concerned with where things stand you better not hold your breath!
