Stevan Mena first time director and superstar to all indie film makers Malevolence is creeping closer to release. Anchorbay released 3 new trailers to Fangoria which show even more of the film for those who have not seen it. I have seen it and you can read my review from the Premier right here Also be sure and check out a lengthy clip of Q&A with Stevan Mena at the premier where we saw it right here

Created as the middle section of a three-part trilogy, Malevolence takes place ten years after the unspeakable crimes of a deranged madman. When a bungled bank robbery intersects with inhabitants of the Pennsylvania farm country, a raw and edgy descent into terrifying madness unfolds.

Malevolence is presented theatrically by leading independent video distributor Anchor Bay Entertainment in association with New York-based distributor, Painted Zebra Releasing, planning an August roll-out national theatrical release. Anchor Bay Entertainment (Evil Dead, Halloween, Dawn Of The Dead, Highlander®, and thousands of titles in library) is dedicated to releasing outstanding films to the home video and DVD market.

"Anchor Bay Entertainment has become synonymous with excellence in presenting classic films within the horror genre," commented Tom Bambard, Sr. Brand Manager for Horror films at Anchor Bay.  "We have released hundreds of DVDs within this genre and built a tremendous fan base always eager with anticipation for our next project.  We are very excited about our relationship in the theatrical release of this completely new horror film and we think the fans of Anchor Bay will be too. This is a perfect case of classic horror meets new classic horror as Anchor Bay adds Malevolence to its family of fright."
