War of the Worlds - new interview clip online !

Yahoo Movies has uploaded a new interview clip with Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg, about their upcoming movie "War of the Worlds". The 6th clip in the series is called "We are being Invaded" and Steven and Tom talk about the movie's relevance.

The movie is a contemporary retelling of H.G. Wells seminal classic. The Sci Fi Adventure Thriller "War of the Worlds" reveals the extraordinary battle for the future of humankind through the eyes of one American family fighting to survive it.

"War of the Worlds", which features complex computer-generated visual effects, has been put on a very fast track, with only 10 weeks of preproduction. DreamWorks and Paramount are co-financing the movie. Sources told the trade papers that the budget for the film could exceed $100 million. David Koepp wrote the script; Kathleen Kennedy and Paula Wagner will produce.
