Kevin Smith Speaks about Passion of the Clerks

Kevin Smith has finally updated us on his upcoming film "Passion of the Clerks". Here is a short statement he made on his official site.

"We were hoping we'd start in January," says Smith. "But with all the Miramax/Disney stuff going on, we've been delayed." He says they will now probably start filming in early April.

The sequel to the 1994 independent hit picks up 10 years later. It's about what happens when that lazy, 20-something malaise lasts into your 30s. It's time for the Dante and Randal to actually grow up and do something more than just sit around and dissect pop culture and talk about sex.
