New Kung Fu Hustle Japanese Trailer
Posted by:Stephen Chows film "Kung Fu Hustle" has just released a Japanese trailer which has some extra scenes in it. Of course its all in Japanese but it still looks really good. If you have seen Shaolin Soccer you will know Stephen Chows over the top style and will defintely spot this as his work.
The film is based in 1940's Guangzhou, A Xing (Stephen Chow) is a young man good at gabbing and short on will. Dreaming about becoming somebody, he is eager to join The Axe Gang, notorious for its ruthlessness. The Axe Gang is planning to invade the last remaining spot which is not under their control and is also where A Xing lives.
However, A Xing's over-weight overly-demanding landlady and her overly-skinny overcautious husband are all highly skilled martial-artists. And, that's not all - looks like everyone around A Xing has some special talent...

Right now the film is scheduled to be released in limited theatres on March 18th. Hopefully it will do well enough to get a wider distribution after that.
