X-Men sequels or Spin Offs - which movies come first ?

The scooper called Bob Anthony sent following message:

"In the middle of all these stories about doing a Magneto or Wolverine spin-off films, I think you should know that there are some at both Fox and Marvel who are against the idea of doing spin-off movies, but instead having the cast sign on for two more movies, X-Men 3 and X-Men 4. This is a wise move because the new director (whomever gets the job) would like the change to make more then just one X-Men film. The idea of doing X-Men 3 and X-Men 4 is not pushing things, there was never a written agreement on the limit to the number of these movies that they would make. It was more of, if we make one movie and the box office is great, then let's do another."

I personally think, that all 4 movies will be done. The scoop doesn't confirm anything that says the Spin Offs will not be filmed. And we also reported earlier, that Hugh Jackman is very happy with the idea of a "Wolverine" movie and liked the story which was presented to him by Lauren Shuler Donner and David Benioff.

Maybe some folks want to sign the cast for 2 sequels, which i not a bad idea. One thing is fact: The Fans really want to see a "Wolverine" film. And i guess most also would like to see a "Magneto" Spin Off. That brings me to just one question. Which movie will be made first ?
