Martial Monk Casting Rumor

Chinese director Huang Jianzhong told Chongqing Evening News that he is currently working on a new film tentatively titled "Martial Monk". It will be financed by an American Studio and they are currently in talks with Jackie Chan for him to star in the film. Now knowing Jackie Chan I don't think he has ever turned down a movie.

The story of the movie will follow a Chinese monk traveling to the states to search for the "divine ox" left by Master Damo over a thousand years ago. He said shooting will start early next year.
