Marvels Sub-Mariner Gets a Director
Posted by:Chris Columbus, the director who brought us the first two Harry Potter films as well as Home Alone and Mrs Doubtfire, has been tasked by Marvel to bring the "Sub Mariner" to the big screen. The script for the film was written by David Self (Road to Perdition) and is executive producing the film.
Sub-Mariner is based on Prince Namor, a half-amphibian man from the kingdom of Atlantis. A troubled rebel with a fierce temper, he has both helped the human race and fought against it when humankind polluted his underwater kingdom.
