John Landis back in the Directors Seat

John Landis known for such films as the Kentucky Fried Movie and An American Werewolf in London is heading back to the directors seat. This time he is going to tackle the big screen adaptation of "Bat Boy the musical". Co-author of the musical Brian Flemming had this to say to Aint-It-Cool-News...

John Landis is going to direct the Bat Boy: The Musical movie. I'm one of the playwrights, along with Keythe Farley and Laurence O'Keefe. Despite some interest since 2001 (the New York premiere of the play), the three of us have held out on making a movie deal until now, because we wanted the right director attached.
