Serious Injury on Set of Transformers 3

CNN is reporting that there has been a serious injury on the set of Transformers 3. A stunt double was injured while shooting a car sequence when a large object came through the front window of the Toyota he was driving. The car then reportedly hit a barrier and continued for another mile before stopping.

The stunt double was air lifted with a serious head injury and it is unknown what his or her status is. Here is hoping that they make a speedy recovery. Megan Fox pictured below you will recall will not be appearing in Transformers 3 as she was re-cast after scathing comments about Michael Bay were attributed to her in the press.
