Dark Ride Movie, Starring Jamie-Lynn DiScala
Posted by:My2Centences in association with Blue Omega Entertainment have commenced production in Los Angeles, California on thriller, DARK RIDE. DARK RIDE tells the story of a group of friends who fall prey to a vicious murderer while staying the night in a carnival horror attraction on there way to New Orleans for spring break. A horror classic in the making DARK RIDE takes a new twist on the slasher genre by setting it almost entirely inside a carnival horror attraction.
The film stars; Jamie-Lynn DiScala (The Sopranos), Patrick Renna (TheSandlot), Alex Solowitz (2-Gether), David Rogers (Gilmore Girls), Jennifer Kelly Tisdale (Hillside Strangler), and Andrea Bogart. Lions Gate Entertainment will distribute Dark Ride in North America.
DARK RIDE began shooting on location on October Santa Monica with most of principal photography occurring at UniversalStudios. Production Designer, Fred Andrews and Director of Photography, Vince Toto will be making use of rarely used "behind the façade" back lot locations at Universal to create the interior of the DARK RIDE.
