Happy Birthday George Romero

George Romero the grandfather of the zombie genre for film fans across the world and he is celebrating his birthday having just turned 70. As a fan of his work and an admirer of him as a person I want to wish him a Happy Birthday on behalf of all of the members of MoviesOnline. George Romero is not only a talented writer and filmmaker but he is also one of the nicest and most sincere people in the business.

I have had the pleasure to meet and talk to George on many press events and he is one of the most down to earth people in the industry. Charming, funny and immensely talented he is not just a great filmmaker.. but a great person. I wish him much health and prosperity in the coming years and look forward to his future films including Survival of the Dead!
