Will Union Jack Appear in Captain America Movie?

With Captain America reportedly heading to Britain to being filming it brings up the question will we get to see a new superhero spin off come to life? My money is on Union Jack appearing in the film if only in a small cameo so that the studio can spin yet another superhero franchise to life. It worked for X-Men, it worked for HULK and it could work for Union Jack.

We know that Captain America will likely be in Britain for the film because of its depresion era setting which is laid out by the synopsis from productionweekly;

Born during the Great Depression, Steve Rogers grew up a frail youth in a poor family. Horrified by the newsreel footage of the Nazis in Europe, Rogers was inspired to enlist in the army. However, because of his frailty and sickness, he was rejected. Rogers was then put through an intensive physical and tactical training program. Three months later, he was given his first assignment as Captain America. Armed with his indestructible shield and and battle savvy, Captain America has continued his war against evil both as a sentinel of liberty and leader of the Avengers.
