Todd McFarlane Doing Wizard of Oz

The rumor is that Dakota Fanning is going to star in the Wiard of Oz reboot which is being produced by Todd McFarlane. The film will be agvbout Dorothys Grand daughter and with Todd producing I am hoping its a much darker take on the original tale.

Todd McFarlane has said his version of Dorothy is more like Ripley from the Alien movies. Filming is planned for next year.
