Rachelle Lefevre Responds to Twilight Eclipse Re-Casting

Rachelle Lefevre was recast from Twilight Eclipse due to a conflict with another film of hers Barneys Version. That according to Summit. But Rachelle Lefevre has come out swinging saying it is complete crap. Makes sense she is upset since no young actress in their right mind wants to be cast out of a franchise like Twilight. From HorrorMovies.ca comes this quote from Rachelle;

"I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accoradance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.  Although the production schedule for 'Eclipse' is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those ten days and would not accommodate me."

Summit denies what she is saying indicating that the two films overlap for longer then 10 days and it was a serious conflict and one that required re-casting Bryce Dallas Howard in the role.
