Zombie Night Directors Next project: Walking Dead Movie!

An abandoned mine, a grossly irresponsible biochemical company on contract from a special branch of the military, some redneck pot harvesters and some city kids playing "let's get back to nature" all have one thing in common—the beginning of the end.

A peaceful weekend of horseback riding and camping in the woods seemed like the perfect way to spend a birthday. Colleen could not have been more wrong. When she, her football star boyfriend Val and friends the bookish Marcel and brazen Brandy head out into the deep woods for some time away from the city, they never expected the holy Hell they would be a part of.

The time of year was right to begin the harvest… of pot. Jagger, the handsome leader could have been a success at anything he chose and working with drugs is no exception. His crew, including his sometimes girl, the tough and sexy outlaw Angie, Cal; the jerk that they put up with for some reason; Reg, the stuttering giant with a heart of gold and Tate, the impressionable youth trying to break away from an abusive family life are almost all dedicated to him and they spend most of their time together. When they headed through the forest on a two day ride to get to the harvesting fields with ten helpers, they had no way of knowing that their lives were to be ended or altered forever.

After camping out beside an old mine for the night, the harvesters and campers have an awkward meeting followed by a good old-fashioned bonfire party. Brandy, as usual, got out of control and the party turned nasty. Jagger and his harvesters chase her into the old mine while Colleen, Val and Marcel sit ignorant scant meters away.

When the mine has a minor cave in, the creatures growing in the biochemical sludge that have been dumped into the old forgotten mine over the past several years are able to escape and mayhem ensues.

The battle for life and for death is one that can't be won as the humans attempt to outrun the horrible creatures that man created on their motor cross bikes and ATV's. All night the war wages with both sides taking losses but as the sun begins to rise and the few survivors arrive in civilization one last time, they bring the horror with them and the entirety of humanity is put in the worst possible position imaginable.

Kill or be eaten.  And so it begins.
