Day of the Dead Contagium by Paul

Teasers are meant to hook us, the potential audience, into going to see the film. That teaser has only "scared" me away. Where was the fear? The tension? What was that oh-so-terrible "dramatic" voice over about?

It grates me to the very core that directors and film makers can get funds and make pulp, while others (namely Romero) are left stranded.

You and others may be thinking, "Hold on a second, it was only a teaser, you can't make those assumptions." If they can't even make an exciting 30 second teaser. One that gets us interested and our hearts thumping... then what chance does the actual film stand.

In my opinion, the original teaser was a lot better. Despite obvious flaws it did try to create tension and fear, shock and horror... "
