Scribe Announced for Wanted 2

The scribe for WANTED 2 has been announced and its quite an odd choice. They have tapped Evan Spiliotopoulos according to ReelComix.com to write the script. Timur will of course return to direct the sequel. Wanted was a fantastic film and one of my favorite comic book films of 2008.

Evan Spiliotopoulos has written two Pooh movies for Disney so he is definitely not a choice I would have expected. Alot of writers though get their break in Hollywood doing mainstream fare so they can work their way to doing projects close to their heart. Should be interesting to see what Evan delivers.
