Gary Oldman is Howard Stark in Iron Man 2?

According to IESB Gary Oldman has joined the cast of Iron Man 2. Gary Oldman is a very talented actor and a personal fav of mine. There is no word on what role he will be playing but speculation from a tipster to IESB is that he will be playing Howard Stark.

You will recall that Gary Shandling is also starring in Iron Man 2 and word is that his role will be of Senator Stern.

I am pretty excited to see where Iron Man 2 goes. The first film was fantastic and Jon has promised that the sequel will bring the same character and intensity with WAY more action. Could be a very promising time for us comic book fans when Iron Man 2 hits theatres!
