Review: Corpses are Forever Movie

Well once I popped it into my DVD player and hit start that is where my excitement ended. I knew I was watching Horror movie history, wait scratch that I was watching Movies history. There is joke that Gigli was a bad movie or Ishtar was bad, well folks no need to argue any longer I have found the winner. Where to start, first the acting was beyond bad I mean I know he didn’t have money to pay these people and maybe some of them are his friends but dam if you are really serious about making movies you better find better actors. Here is clue try your local playhouse or community college. Hell, try the local high school. Second I didn’t know if this was zombie flick, spy movie, karate movie, devil movie or a thriller. It seemed that he jumped all over the board on this. I wish I kept count the amount of times I reached for the button to shut it off but didn’t because of the fact I wanted to believe it got better. Well folks it didn’t get better it just got worse and worse. The lines got dumber and the acting got worse. The only bright spot is he had 3 hot chicks in the film he had chance to get them naked but he dropped the ball. Now I know it’s the "thing" to put some Romero type tribute in your film so he plays a radio spot for Dawn of the dead. Nuff Said.

Now during the movie you can’t tell if the world is over run already by the dead or just getting started. On the movie boxes it sez the world is over run but in the back ground you see people driving and walking as if it’s nice night out. I know what everyone is going to say " it’s low budget what do you except?" well I want someone who is going to try and film a movie that has some realism to it. I mean dam if the streets are too crowded try filming late at night or find another area. Back to the movie. The main star is CIA agent who has taken some serum that lets you relive the life of the person it is made from. He has taken this serum because a serial killer opened the gates of hell looking for his kidnapped son but was killed when the out break of the dead started. Wow that was a mouth full. The one thing I noticed in this movie was that everyone kept meeting in cars on the streets. Now if the dead are roaming the earth why would you meet in a car on the street? Just a thought.

Another Romero node was the person who was bitten and turning. Well the CIA agents wife was left to care for a women who was bitten and turning. Her husband left her a gun incase she fully turns. Well the wife turns around and gives her poison and then chokes her to kill her. What the F is that about how about just shooting her in the head? My guess is he wanted to show how evil the guys wife is. Well my friend with this movie you showed how evil you are. I tell you this much out of 5 stars I give it a negative 3 stars. That’s right he owes me another movie and it better be and 8 out of 5 stars movie in order for him to break even. If you ever and I mean ever want to see a bad movie waste 4.25 and rent it. Trust mm you will hate me when it’s over well you will really hate me about 10 min in. if this is too harsh sorry I calls it as I sees it folks. The only good thing to come of this movie is that I am getting back to finishing my script because if they made a movie out of his script then I am going to get an oscar.

P.S. I googled the movie to try and fined more info. Some guy did a review on his site and said it was one of the best Zombie Movies ever. Oh my Fin god.

P.S.S the company who distributed the film is thinking about giving him money for a sequel.
