Mickey Rourke is the Iron Man 2 Villain

The on again off again rumors of Mickey Rourke as the villain in Iron Man 2 ... are now on again to. DeadlineHollywood is reporting that Mickey Rourke managed to get the money upped and will beplaying the villain.

The interesting part is that apparently he was in talks to play the Spiderman 4 villain as well. This comes hot off the heels of the announcement of Spiderman 4's release date and word that Emily Blunt will indeed be replaced by Scarlett Johannson as Black Widow.
