Is J.A. Bayona Directing The Third TWILIGHT Movie?

I am getting bombarded with emails, and by bombarded I mean two emails from good sources / readers who think they know alot saying that J.A. Bayona is in talks to direct the third Twilight movie based on the 3rd book Eclipse. I have a few issues with this rumor.

Namely why abandon the new director for Twilight New Moon without at least giving him a shot? And number two it does seem a bit early to be jumping to the director. J.A. Bayona is best known for directing the spooky movie The Orphanage.  I did some googling on him but could find no confirmation so this is at best a VERY strong rumor.
