The film starts out in this little town and out of nowhere Comets start falling to the ground... This presumably is the cause of the zombies.. So people start headin out of town.. Little do they know they could never make it out.. Anyway, basically you follow this girl around who supposedly won a beauty contest.. Alot of this movie is unexplained but somehow is still interesting..

Well she is driving with some "jerk" character and he gets out to check out a barricade of cars in the road.. BAD move.. Anyway this guy with super human powers saves her and protects a few other survivors.. Around all the zombie fighting they start to shed some light on the story by throwin in some crazy aliens.. All in all its a very odd movie.. Really hard to summarise..

Alot of cool effects though.. Sort of Matrix style zombie fighting as well.. Actually more like John Woo style.. Its worth seeing if you don't mind alot of craziness and are more interested in the zombie aspect.. Its a fresh idea for the arrival of zombies.. One of my favorite scenes though is when the "hero" is attacked by a mutant fish.. classic..

Overall I wouldn't import this movie or pay top dollar for it.. Its not bad but not worth $30 unless your a die hard zombie fanatic only interested in it because it has zombies.. Entertaining, and funny in different parts.. Now that it is coming to theatres I would defintely reccomend it to any horror or zombie fan. The zombie scenes are great and they did an awesome job on the FX but it is more of an Alien movie than anythiing else... which maybe its only weak point.
