2009 Razzie Nominations

The 2009 Razzie nominations are in and its a pretty good list. Quite shockingly The Spirit did not manage a nomination despite it being one of the worst films of the year. Of course Uwe Boll managed to get nominated in almost every category and Paris Hilton also got quite a few nods. Although her nod for Repo The Genetic Opera I feel is not entirely fair since really she did an 'ok' job in that role.

88 Minutes got the nod as well and quite deserving since that movie starring Al Pacino was easily one of the stupidest crime thrillers ever made. You should watch it just for the painful laughs it will invoke. It redefines the word bad filmmaking.
