A Ton of Goodies from Coraline

The official site for the new stop action movie animation movie Coraline was officially launched this week. The site includes a lot of really fun content and user interaction including a look into Coraline's bedroom, as well as the Other Mother's Workshop, where you can upload your photo to make yourself look like you would in Coraline's world! Keep clicking around because it takes some searching to find some really neat stuff!!

Along with the launch of the site, we've received 6 new featurettes for Coraline! You can watch a feature on the puppets point of view, or how the hair was made for the movie, meet the cast, or watch interviews with the crew! My favorite was the moustachio featurette - definitely check that one out for a laugh! They are all relatively short, but very interesting!

Director Henry Selick (Nightmare Before Christmas) wrote the script for Coraline, based on a book by Neil Gaiman. Coraline stars Dakota Fanning, Teri Hatcher, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders and Ian McShane, and hits theaters on February 6th 2009. The featurettes can be seen below the official synopsis I've left for you!

But when this seemingly perfect world turns dangerous, and her other parents (including her Other Mother voiced by Teri Hatcher) try to trap her forever, Coraline must count on her resourcefulness, determination and bravery to escape this
increasingly perilous world – and save her family.
