New Twilight Director Pledges to Do Right!

In a statement the new director of the Twilight franchise who replaced Catherine Hardwicke has put out a statement basically saying he will do his best to not make the movie suck;

“The extraordinary world that Stephenie has created has millions of fans, and it will be my duty to protect on their behalf the characters, themes and story they love. This is not a task to be taken lightly, and I will put every effort into realizing a beautiful film to stand alongside a beautiful book.”

Chris Weitz who is the new director will have to work very hard to improve the films image. Even though it made lots of money alot of fans were severely dissapointed. According to Kristin Stewart Twilight fans will not have to wait long for the next film in the franchise New Moon to being production. In an interview on Ryan Seacrest's morning show she revealed the film will begin production in March.

She also told him that since most of the book is based in Italy she fully expects to be heading there to do some shooting. Twilight made a ridiculous amount of money in its opening weekend ( 70million ) and fan reviews keep pouring in. So it goes without saying the sequel will be a hot item for Twilight fans.
