Kirk Lazarus Oscar Campaign

The campaign has begun by Paramount to get Kirk Lazarus an oscar nomination for being the dude playing a dude disguised as a dude in Tropic Thunder. Not sure what the logic is behind this new and entertaining viral campaign by Paramount.

 

At first glance you could think it was satire of Warner Brothers campaign to get Heath Ledger an Oscar but I do not believe that they would be that stupid. I actually see this as a fun attempt to build more buzz for the DVD which was just released. Checkout the poster below. Whatcha all think of the dude, who plays a dude, disguised as another dude getting an Oscar?
