New Poster for Friday the 13th Remake

Usually when it comes to remakes, especially those by Platinum Dunes, I have no interest in them whatsoever. But this time I felt that if any horror franchise really needed a reboot it was Friday the 13th. After you send Jason into outerspace their is not much else you can do with the franchise. But the character is so popular that there is no way you can keep him down.

So far I have seen some good things coming out for the film. Nothing has totally turned me off and they have been doing a good job at being mum with details. Today they did release a new poster for the film which caught my eye over at Yahoo Movies. You can check it out below and don't forget to check it out in theaters on February 13th, 2009.
