Max Payne Rated R.. what happened?

Awhile back it was reported that Max Payne got a PG13 rating but now it would seem that is not so. After it being widely reported it got its PG-13 rating the Hollywood Reporter is now reporting that the movie is RATED R. A real head scratcher to me. Makes me wonder if the Mila Kunis nude scene they had to cut to get their PG13 rating ( via BeyondHollywood ) will be added back in.

Below you can checkout a brand new making of video for Max Payne the movie called 'Beginnings'. So far I have been not at all impressed with the trailers for the movie but have to admit this making of video is pretty slick.

Update: According to my buddy Vic at screenrant the Hollywood Reporter listing of the film being rated R is in fact incorrect. The movie is as we earlier reported rated Pg-13.
