Escape of the Living Dead New Zombie Flick

John Russo is getting ready to cash in on the George Romero zombie trilogy and put out another film called Escape of the Living Dead according to Fangoria. Gunnar Hansen will star as a biker who finds himself zombified in this new zombie tale.

It is based in the same timeline as Night of the Living Dead only this go around the plot is that some of the zombies were kept alive for scientific reasons and manage to escape and unleash an all new reign of terror on mankind.  John Russo worked on Night of the Living Dead with Romero and has since put out other films including Return of the Living Dead and Night of the Living Dead 3D
