Johnny Depp to play Tonto
Posted by: PuppetMaster This is one of those news items that makes you wonder what on earth is going on. Johnny Depp has been tapped to play TONTO in the upcoming Lone Ranger movie which strikes me as a very odd casting choice. That said if you want to really make a sidekick more then just that what better way to do it then to cast an actor like Depp.
