Filming Halts On Terminator Salvation

On a rather sad note filming on Terminator Salvation halted when a horrible car accident occured in Helena Bonham Carter's family last week. Four members of her family were killed while they were on a Safari in South Africa. The mini bus they were traveling in flipped over killing her cousins son Marcus Egerton-Warburton, 14, her sister-in-law Kay Boardman, 54, her mother Brenda, 74, and stepfather Francis Kirkwood, 75.

If there is any silver lining to this tragic event is that her cousin managed to make it out alive with a broken shoulder. Bonham Carter has been granted indefinite leave to comfort her remaining family. Sad news indeed. We will keep you informed on the status of the film and when shooting may resume. But after a tragedy like this, there is no telling.
