From FearNet comes the new poster for the SAW 5 Blood Drive. I have to say this one looks the most painful out of all of the blood drive posters I have ever seen. I have a bad thing with needles and this chick looks like she has about fifty of them coming out of her face.

Every year Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures does a Blood Drive to promote SAW 5 and also get blood donations for the red cross. It is a great cause and we will have dates and more information on the blood drive for you all soon.
