Punisher WarZone going PG-13? What Gives?

After all the talk of how violent and how gritty the new Punisher movie would be it seems it was just that... all talk. LatinoReview is reporting LionsGate will release the film with a PG-13 rating. This opens it up to a much larger fan base of young tweens and also will dissapoint die hard fans like myself who were looking forward to a very dark R rated Punisher sequel.
