Warner Brothers Misses the Boat on Dark Knight Game

Warner Brothers completely missed the boat in not making a Dark Knight video game and it would appear they have realized that .. kind of. Eidos Interactive and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment on behalf of DC Comics announce Batman: Arkham Asylum a dark, action packed videogame adventure for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and Games for Windows in 2009.

We know very little about the game at this point but it absolutely missed the boat not coming out in time for the release of the movie. There is alot of speculation the game could have easily brought in 70 to 80 million dollars with a large chunk of that going to Warner Brothers. At this point although the game could sell well it wont sell anywhere near as well as if it was on shelves 3 weeks ago.
