Transformers Star Faces Amputation? Not True

The interweb is running wild with rumors that Shia's injury from when he flipped his car is so severe that he will face having one of his fingers amputated. That is one serious injury to say the least. Much less to have it amputated so many days after the fact. Hollywood.com got ahold of Shia's people who have denied the rumor and declared it to be an absolute fabrication.

Shia's recent injury is being written into the script of Transformers 2 The injury was caused when he was in a car accident last week that was initially blamed on him and everyone pretty much tore him a new one in the online community. Since its been proven it was the other drivers fault who ran a red light smashing into him. Apparently his hand is so badly mangled that Michael Bay has decided to write it into the script to keep the movie on track. I betcha it involves a big explosion.
