Jason Statham as DareDevil?

DareDevil was a mess. The first mistake of that film was casting Ben Affleck as the superhero DareDevil. From there it just went to hell in a hand bag. At Comic Con Jason Statham apparently tossed his hat in the ring to bring new life to the character and apparently Frank Miller is keen on it as well according to the La Times.

I am a big Jason Statham fan and frankly I think that despite the fact he has an english accent he could do the role. The only flaw really is that accent. The DareDevil is not english so explaining the accent might be tough. Statham can pull off the role because when you google his name the first result is 'Bad Ass'. Ok no its not but hey it should be!
