Sean Daniel Updates us on Wolfman Remake

We had a chance to catchup with Sean Daniels at a recent film junket to find out the latest on the remake of Wolfman. He told us that at Comic Con there will indeed be footage shown and although he wouldnt get into a lot of detail he did reveal it will be R rated and short. Just how much we will get to see is hard to say but here is hoping for some Wolfy madness. Be sure if your going to comic con to hit up the Wolfman Panel! According to Sean the Wolfman has wrapped;

Well, “Wolf Man” just finished photography, so editing is literally beginning as we speak. So we’ve got a long way to go.

The Wolfman Remake closely follow the period pedigree of the 1941 original, in which a man returns from the U.S. to his ancestral home in Victorian-era Great Britain, gets bitten by a werewolf and begins a hairy moonlight existence. Benicio Del Toro has been attached to play Larry Talbot the lead for quite some time. It will be released in 2008
