Witchblade Teaser Poster is Here

Thanks to our sister site Horror-Movies.ca we now have the official teaser poster for the upcoming live action film Witchblade. Platinum Studios will be bringing this one to life with the help of Top Cow Productions who launched the comic back in the 90s. The comicbook introduced the Witchblade mythology, which centers on an ornate jewel-encrusted gauntlet that gives extraordinary powers to the wearer, a specially chosen female from each generation.

Currently they don't have a director or any actors announced for the film but they plan to begin production this September with a release sometime in 2009. Check out the poster below.
