New Game Movie worth watching: Shinobi Movie

Its about time that a video game movie worth watching has come out. Resident Evil was a big disappointment and don't even get me started about House of the Dead. Shinobi has always been a great game and will make an even greater film.

Shochiku Co., Ltd. has decided, for the first time in Japanese cinema history, to make a public offering to fund the film. It will star Yuki Megumi in hir first period movie which will be slated for a 2005 release. The lowest amount you can invest is 100,000 yen per unit/share (about $915.50 US dollars). They are tryiing to target the movie going audience and movie fanatics.

Investors' benefits include: invitation to a special screening of the film; a special limited DVD; movie poster; extra promotional goodies like t-shirt, cap and towel; and a special DVD with the investor's name inscribed. Shochiku Co., Ltd. guarantees completion of the movie and theatrical release. If these conditions aren't met, investors will be reimbursed in full.
