Speed Racer Gets its Ass Kicked at the Box Office

This is no surprise to me but Speed Racer just got its ass handed to it at the Box Office courtesy of a certain superhero tin man named Iron Man. This comes as absolutely no surprise. I dont care if its Indiana Jones 4 thats going up against Iron Man thats just one battle you can not win and is pretty much box office suicide. Iron Man managed to pull in under 50million dollars while Speed Racer came in at second with $20million.

Now second place isnt bad but no doubt Speed Racer wasnt cheap to make and with Iron Man not looking to go into retirement in the 'box office ass kicking' department anytime soon its a safe bet that Speed Racer will be staying in #2 or worse for the duration.
