Jackie Chans The Myth gets the greenlight to shoot

A couple of days ago we reported that Jackie Chans film "The Myth" was being put on hold. Well they just recently got through all the red tape and now have access to start filming in the Virupaksha temple inside Hampi.

The story is based on the Korean legend "Thousand Year Romance".  Kim Hee-sun plays an ancient Korean princess who has a relationship with Jackie's character in the past and the present. 

Mallika Sherawat seems to have a similar role, but as an Indian princess from an imaginary place called Dasa - a lost civilization between India and China.  Jackie will play dual roles - one as 3rd century Qin Dynasty general and a modern adventurer/archaeologist.
