In the tradition of box office hits “Dumb and Dumber,” “Tommy Boy” and “Happy Gilmore,” “Bad Meat” is an off-the-wall comedy created by The Onion Editor-In-Chief, Scott Dikkers. Starring Lance Barber and Billie Worley and featuring Chevy Chase, the film tells the story of two down-and-out losers who launch an ill-fated scheme to kidnap a corrupt congressman.

This March, Arts Alliance America will release the film on DVD with special bonus features including a fun commentary track featuring cast members Lance Barber, Billie Worley, Ben Bailey, and director Scott Dikkers; deleted scenes and the film’s theatrical trailers.  “Bad Meat” was an Official Selection at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, 2004 US Comedy Arts, Waterfront Film, San Diego International and Raindance Film Festivals. The film will be available on DVD beginning March 25, 2008.

Filmed entirely in Chicago, IL, the film’s cast includes:  Lance Barber (HBO’s The Comeback), Billie Worley (“Early Edition”), Judah Friedlander (“30 Rock”), Ben Bailey (Discovery Channel “Cash Cab”) and Frank Caeti (“Mad TV”).
