How do you top off the oscars and kissing on Jennifer Garner if your Gary Busey? You hassle a little kid who is doing interviews on the red carpet for what I presume to be some kids show. Watch below. Gary Busey does make some GREAT points in his speech about the various youngsters in Hollywood but its a shame he ruined it by mocking the little girl.
