The Seeker on DVD March 18th

Fox Home Entertainment and Walden Media presents the ultimate battle of good versus evil when the fantasy adventure The Seeker races through time to land on DVD March 18th. This is just as good as Harry Potter in my books so those of you who like Potter will dig this fim.

Filled with magical characters, spectacular visual effects and thrilling fantasy adventures the whole family can enjoy, The Seeker features an impressive cast of film and television veterans including Golden Globe-winners Ian McShane (“Deadwood”) and Frances Conroy (“Six Feet Under”) as well as Gregory Smith (“Everwood”) and sci-fi fan favorite Christopher Eccleston (28 Days Later, The Others.)

Based on Susan Cooper’s Newberry Award winning The Dark Is Rising book series, The Seeker stars young actor Alexander Ludwig as Will Stanton, an average 14-year-old kid whose world is turned upside down after he learns he is the last of a group of ancient warriors who have dedicated their entire lives fighting the forces of The Dark. Will quickly finds himself on the journey of a lifetime discovering hidden magical powers, traveling through time and uncovering clues that will eventually lead him to a battle with beings of unimaginable power; with the fate of the entire world in his young hands!
