No Batman or Superman in Justice League Movie?

As we reported earlier the Justice League of America Movie had been pushed back until 2010. Well today some news came out that may pull the movie back on track but without a major blow to the Justice League. I will warn you that this may be spoilerific news ahead.

Blockbuster was sent the synopsis for the film from a casting agent. Check it out: The film is about Green Lantern, Green Arrow and others of the Justice League of America, an organisation made up of the world's greatest superheroes. They must deal with the expulsion of Batman and the death of Superman at the hands of the monstrous Doomsday.

To be honest this really doesn't bother too much. Maybe because I was never much of a Justice League fan. But several times with the old classic cartoon they would have an episode where neither Batman or Superman would make an appearance. So this could work. But for now this is all really just rumor so take it with a grain of salt.
