ZombieLand, Misfits Apocalypse

In what sounds to me to have similar themes to Shaun of the Dead a new movie called ZombieLand is on its way from the fine folks at SONY. The studio synopsis goes like this; After a zombie plague ravages America, a pair of ‘odd couple’ survivors team up to find purpose and combat the living dead in the post-apocalyptic Southwest.

The film will be directed by Ruben Fleischer but no word on who will star. I am all for more big budget zombie flicks and if this is a zombie comedy.... all the better!
