The A-Team Movie Goes into Production
Posted by: PuppetMaster It has been a long long time since any word on the A-Team movie has surfaced. Today comes word that the John Singleton directed pic is ready to rock and roll and has gone into development. No word yet on the cast. The word is they plan on making this film more action oriented and not so comedic. The original Mr T is also set to make a cameo appearence. The story will also be updated and not focus on the vietnam aspects that were involved in the series.The series, which ran from 1983-87 and starred George Peppar, Mr. T, Dirk Benedict and Face, followed an unofficial team of Vietnam vets who will stop at nothing to get the bad guys. Sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit, these four commandos escaped from a maximum-security stockade and now survive in the Los Angeles underground as soldiers of fortune.
