Viggo Mortenson Hits Apocalyptic Road

I am a huge fan of Mad Max and this new Viggo Mortenson film called The Road sounds just that.. like an apocalyptic Mad Max Story. Dimension is doing the movie which will star Viggo Mortenson and Guy Pearce. It is about a father and son who must cross a post apocalyptic USA and elude roaming gangs of killers and bandits.
 
Why are they crossing the USA? No idea. Stay tuned. Good strong cast, interesting story and a good studio. We might have a good flick coming! John Hillcoat will direct.
